Celebrating the Ability to be an Effective Witness

In everything Give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. 1 Thessalonians 5:18

1 Thessalonians 5:18 encourages us to give thanks for everything. For this reason, I celebrate the opportunity that was afforded me to visit the land of Jesus’ birth. To be there to visit the sites that exhibited the credibility of the Word of God was overwhelming. There were many things that I couldn’t understand, but every day as God, through the Holy Spirit, revealed His goodness, my faith was strengthened. Every day was one to celebrate the One True Living God.

The fact that I could join with others to experience the realities of the Christian faith is a reason to live a life of celebration. To walk where Jesus walked, to have a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, to see the designated area for the Battle of Armageddon, to enter the empty tomb in which the body of Jesus was laid, was euphoric. I will forever be grateful and thankful for this experience. To have the Word of God come to life is truly unforgettable.

Are you searching to become a better person? Why don’t you join us in celebrating the ability to be an effective witness today? There’s no better feeling. There’s no better reward!

Rejoice in the Lord always! (Philippians 4:4).
