Dancing The Shackles Free

Praise Him with the timbrel and dance; Praise Him with stringed instruments and flutes! Psalm 150:4 (NKJV)

As we celebrate our 52nd Republic Anniversary on the 23rd February 2022,

Let us prayerfully remember our motto: One People, One Nation, One Destiny.

Guyana, its peoples whose ancestors came out of slavery and indentureship;

Is unique in our religion, culture, and racial diversity.

Our journey from Independence in 1966, to becoming a Co-operative Republic in 1970,

is an epic achievement in our nation’s history; Guyana, land of the free.

As we join with our fellow Guyanese to celebrate Mashramani, let’s give God praise and thanks that our country is moving into prosperity.

Saints, as we participate in Mashramani, to celebrate our Anniversary, the celebratory dance must not be one to give the flesh glory.

Rather, let us dance, glorifying God for breaking the shackles, chains and fetters, setting us free, and giving us the victory over the wiles of the enemy. (Psalm 2:3)

Dancing the shackles free will pull down the strongholds of the enemy that seek to promote division and racial disharmony. (Nahum 1:13)

It is a dance of witness to save the lost, using John 3:16 that is more powerful than all the demonic powers of the enemy.

It is a Spiritual warfare dance to break the shackles of iniquities that have our people bound in demonic possession that transcends into poverty, crime, drug addiction, and sexual immorality. (2 Corinthians 10:4)

In our dance, let’s promote fatherliness as an act of holiness unto Jehovah God Who is The Universal Supreme Lord and Royal Highness. (Psalm 103:13)
