He is able!

Now all glory to God, Who is able, through His mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.

Ephesians 3:20 – NLT

It is an act of futility for the devil, his hordes of demons, and satanic emissaries to defeat united Christian prayer warriors who are fearless, Bible-believing, blood-washed, and Holy Ghost-filled children of the Most High God.

A study of God’s Holy Bible reveals that during the earthly ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ, He performed thirty-seven (37) miraculous deeds as recorded in the synoptic Gospels. A large majority were faith healings, exorcisms, and controls over nature.

Of importance to note, however, these accounts represent only a small number of multitudes of people who were made whole by the Saviour. The closing verse of John’s Gospel explains: ‘Jesus did many other things as well. If every one of them were written down, I suppose that even the whole world would not have room for the books that would be written’ (John 21:25 – NIV).

Beloved our Lord Jesus has equipped us with every spiritual tool necessary to either avert or go through any crisis situation in our lives and to advance the Kingdom of God in our sphere of influence, for greater is He that is within us than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4). As we face various crises in our lives we are reminded that we must endure hardship like a good soldier of the Lord Jesus Christ (2 Timothy 2:3), after all, brethren, if God is for us who can be against us.

Saints of God, there is no crisis that is bigger than our God. If you are in a financial crisis sow a seed and Jesus can multiply your finances exponentially. In need of healing, Jesus can heal our bodies from any sicknesses and diseases (Isaiah 53:5). Family crisis? Marital problems? God can grant you the wisdom and tact required to bring a peaceful resolution to the problem (James 1:5). Let’s continually put our trust in Him. He is Able.

PRAYER

Heavenly Father we acknowledge that we serve a miracle-working God who can provide an oasis of blessings in the desert of distress, hopelessness, poverty, loneliness, and stagnation among other ills. So, Lord, we ask for Your provision as we press towards the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus – Philippians 3:14.

We pray Your Word in James 1:2-4, that in the midst of our crisis we would count it all joy when we encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of our faith produces endurance and we must allow endurance to have its perfect result, so that we may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing. We ask all these things in Jesus’ name, Amen!
