Joshua Griffith is one of our younger Assistant Pastors at the First Assembly of God Wortmanville Church. He was called to serve in that capacity in February 2021. He supports Pastor Claudette Barrow in ministry at the First Assembly of God – Hopetown, West Coast Berbice outstation as one of his main responsibilities.

Assistant Pastor Griffith is a Physiotherapist by profession and a talented Spoken Word Poet by avocation. He actively participates in several departments including Youth Ministries, the Nulli Secundus Youth Group, Sunday School, and Prison Ministry. He is also a part of the choir and drama groups. 

In addition to holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Guyana, and a certificate in Project Management; he has also completed several certificate courses from the Caribbean School of Theology, AOG and is currently reading for a Diploma in Christian Education at the Assemblies of God Bible College, Guyana.

Assistant Pastor Griffith is married to Minister Tiffany Griffith who serves faithfully alongside her husband.

Galatians 3:28, “There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus” motivates Assistant Pastor Griffith in his ministry and service in the kingdom.
