Assistant Pastor Ovid Ferrell serves at First Assembly of God, Wortmanville in the Deliverance and Intercessory Ministries and is the leader of the Prison Ministry. He is active in the Evangelism, Cell group, Ushering, and Visitation ministries. He has also served in the Sunday School department and eight years in the Dance Ministry. 

Assistant Pastor Ferrell holds a Certificate in Theology from the Assemblies of God Bible College and an Associate’s degree in Ministry from the International School of Ministry.

Assistant Pastor Ferrell is married to Sis Glynis Odessa Ferrell. They have two children and two grandchildren.

Acts 1:8 serves as a continuous source of inspiration for Assistant Pastor Ferrell; “But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
