“And blessed [spiritually fortunate and favoured by God] is she who believed and confidently trusted…the Lord.” – Luke 1:45 (AMP)
Today, I share from a position of profound gratitude and humility under the authority and
blessings in the name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. I know this one thing: it is not God’s will for any of us to live an unfulfilled life, due to choices made or unforeseen life-altering circumstances.
How do I know this? In 1 Peter 2:9 (AMP), God says, “But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a consecrated nation, a [special] people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies [the wonderful deeds and virtues and perfections] of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.” We are called to proclaim God’s excellent nature by default. That’s what He desires. And once you remain faithful to Him, you will reap in due season if you faint not.
Our main Scripture highlights how Mary trusted God and gave birth to a Son by divine conception. She merely humbled herself and said, “…I am the servant of the Lord; may it be done to me according to your word…” – Luke 1:38 (AMP). Therefore, despite her inevitable challenges, she persevered, was protected, and ultimately got her reward for remaining faithful.
Today, our Heavenly Father is still performing miracles and honouring His promises daily as He continues to look beneath our facades, disappointments, and worries into our hearts and the depths of our souls. Allow Him to bless you, His beautiful creation, and deliver His promises spoken over your life before the foundation of the earth.
So, walk with expectation, confidence, and victory, that today God’s promises and blessings will be accessible and evident in your life. Amen!
